Issue with Bose Soundbar 500 (Looking for advice)

Hi all. I have recently bought the Bose soundbar 500 and being the manual-hater that I am, followed simple instructions online. It was pretty straightforward, and I've successfully connected it to my TV via HDMI eARC. The problem comes with the Bluetooth pairing—the initial pairing was successful as first, but it's now 7 days later and it fails to connect to Bose Music App from time to time.

I did a few things to try to resolve it: rebooted the device, reset the wifi, etc. It always shows this error "Oops! Something went wrong." when I try to select "Add product" on the app. What can I do to fix it? Would appreciate any advice. Thanks.
