I have all my hifi system putted on these selfmade support.I use 3 of them under each components, also the speakers. If it weight 9kg max you should use these air filled rubber balls, over 10kg use the tennis balls, like I've done.Only 3 under each component.
here there's my system(all with italian description...) http://www.ilgazeboaudiofilo.com/t3223-l-impianto-di-salvscarfone-foto-aggiornate
the components don't touch the furniture,so they are completely isolated by that pads, and so the furniture(that is really solid...)is not a problem.I take extreme care of vibrations,I've abarthized also the inside of cd player, amplifier,I've stucked also the furniture!moon said:Well theses isolation pads look totally useless and a complete waste of time effort and money.
Oh and its important to have electrical components,,,i.e. cd players level yours is at an angle .
Unless of course you are troll posting.
when you clean the dust it happens that you may move the supports, but after I'll level everythingmoon said:cd players should be level
usually I'll isolate them with balls as you can see in the photos, but surely a tuner or a cp player doesn't run hot,so there is no problem of ventilation when stacking them.Surely I'll never stack the ampmoon said:best not to stack components

my site is not a porn site, but a site where you can view photos of the inside of hifi and ht electronics.I've read this "slang" in other forums,so I used it.I want to change the title of the relative 3d like my sign, but I don't know how to do it! :help:relocated said:HiFi Shock
I think you may need help that is not available on this forum. I would try NHS Direct as a first port of call iff I were you.
