Is this Setup Correct? Yamaha RX-V373 + Jamo S426

:Hi people. I'm new costumer in the HiFi World, and as a starting kit we bought a Yamaha RX-V373 Receiver with a kit Jamo S426.

The thing that i'm asking is the following: Is this setup correct? What would you change? Thank you!

Suggest hdmi from tv decoder to amp and amp to tv. Composite is poorer quality than hdmi

Yes, i know the quality is poorer with composite than HDMI, but my decoder has no HDMI output, only composite... The one that has that costs a lot more per month (i think is about 90 dollars). PS: I'm from Argentina.. Thank you for your reply!
