Not sure about the eSIM and how that works though, anyone with any input on that eSIM, a quick look on Google seems to suggest you use an App to use a phone deal.

You simply need to contact the carrier (Vodafone, O2 etc.) and ask them to swap your number to eSIM.

With eSIM your chosen mobile provider send you a QR code (containing their carrier profile) which you scan with the camera on the device you want to install it on, then just follow the on screen instructions to activate it. It takes seconds.
