Integrated amp recommendations?

Hey guys,

I'm currently in the market for a new (integrated) amplifier to power my Focal 165 K2Ps ( http://www.focal-fr.com/catalogue-front/produit.php?langue=EN&idArbo=14&idProduit=97 ) and have short-listed a few models, based on online research:

If Focal car speakers sound like their regular ones, then try with Class A.... SS (eg. Sugden as suggested) or tubes (like Pure Sound or Ayon).

I've also heard Focal sound well with Electrocompaniet.

First job is to get some proper domestic speakers. Absolutely no point in buying an amp like a Plinius, Leema, or even an A-S500 if you are going to drive car speakers.

Max, you're not missing something.

I'm assuming he has put them in some kind of cabinet. Unless he has done this very effectively, then good amplification could be overkill.

We hopefully will be enlightened shortly.
