Hi
I've just bought the following system and could really do with some advice on setting it up properly:
Infocus IN80 projector (HDMI, MI-DA/DVI, Component)
Sony BDP-S350 (HDMI out, Component out, Coaxial & Optical Digital outs, Audio L/R Line out)
Sony DAV IS-10 Surround Sound (HDMI out, tv Audio L/R Line In, TV Digital in Optical, Sat./Cable Digital In Coaxial, Component Video out)
Sony RDR-HXD876 HDD/DVD Recorder (HDMI out, Coaxial Digital out, Component out, Audio L/R out, Scart Line 1 decoder, Scart Line 3 tv)
I was hoping someone could let me know what the most effective way of setting the system up is? With the projector being on the other side of the room to the amplifier/subwoofer, would it be best to hook up the bluray and HDD video directly into the camera and just worry about getting the audio cables to the amplifier? I've listed the connections too as I'm definitely a novice where audio is concerned. I was also hoping to use the HDD as a turner for the freeview channels...
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
Best
Patrick
