In need of compact speakers.

Any advice out there regarding a speaker size issue? I have a vinyl-based system: rega p3; rega brio; naim stageline phonostage and kef 1q compact speakers. I have my system in a bedroom measuring just 4 metres x 2.5 metres. Although the kefs are okay, I realise I can do better. A lot of the excellent budget standmounters are still too large for my room's dimensions rendering their sonic ability limited to say the least. i have seen the Q acoustics and although they seem to fit the bill size - wise will they be up to performance, with what i think is a very good budget system? sebrouen

Hi,

In that system I would look at the Rega R1 firstly,then consider the superb Revolver RW16, and the Epos M5,I wouldn't go for the Q acoustics.
