im getting in over my head

Hi all. i have just purchased the onkyo sr608 and have apple tv, sky hd,nds1,ps3.slingbox,ipod touch 4g and 7.1 speakers

which are the best cables to attach my additions to my amp with as th sr608 only has 2 optical ports which will be used by the nds1 and sky hd box, so i dont have an optical for the apple tv or is the hdmi ok ?

also is there any point in keeping the nds1 as i have apple tv which i can use to stream music videos, but cant seem to handle video play lists (it stops at the end of each track)

Apple TV HDMI should be fine, or of course you can also use the coaxial (electrical digital) output of the NDS1 dock into the receiver if you wish.
