Hi there,

I was just wondering im getting a new i pod touch 16gb soon and i was wanting some good quality speakers but at a low price im not wanting to spend much over £100, and just wondering whats out there,

Are you looking to connect the Ipod directly to speakers?? If so, these are highly rated and recommended by others.

If not, do you have an amp etc and are looking for some decent stereo speakers for £100? If so, these might be up your street. (Review here)

I was wanting a straight forward i pod dock not worried about cd player inc. not wanting a seperate system

I can really recommend the Audioengine A2 speakers in Messiah's first post - they're awesome for their tiny size. Combine them with a basic dock (like the one from the Apple store) and this will make a very nice system.

The Logitech Pure-Fi Anywhere Messiah referred to is also an excellent dock and produces an impressive sound for its size. It also has the advantage of being easily portable and I have taken it on holiday and used it for BBQs etc.

The WHFSV review sums up its strengths better than I can.

Stuck in the same boat. Need to get a speaker/dock for the wife for Christmas but most of them dont charge the new 2nd generation ipod touch

Hi again thanks for the feedback i have been looking around a bit and was wondering if anyone has got any experience or knows anything about this type of system i personaly think it looks absolutly great but was wondering about the sound quality,
