HUMAX Hdci2000

Hello. I've got Humax hdci2000 sattelite box and sony FULL HD TV. My humax displays 1080i signal. I think it doesn't display 1080p. Does it mean that it is not full hd? Is there any better HD box which I could get??? i need common interface and much better picture🙂 do you know any of them? please help!!! my humax is about 2 years old.

I'm not using sky. I just need box with slot for pay TV card. is there nothing else than sky hd boxes??
