How to transfer music from a I phone 3GS to a ps3

Hi can anyone suggest the easiest way to transfer music from an apple iPhone 3GS to a ps3 Thanks

Not sure if you have a facility or means to connect the two directly and use an onscreen means to swap files over. If not, I'd connect the phone to your computer and likewise the PS3 via suitable cables, then use the computer's file management functions to drag and drop (assuming you've checked out compatibility in the first instance).

Don't have either, but assume that this option may be appropriate given the same works for other digital storage devices.

This is the wrong question. You will actually need to transfer files from itunes (mp3s, not AAC files). However, this can't be done directly from itunes, so you need to go to the file itself in the Library folder.

Does the PS3 feature an import option for iPods similar to that found on WinAmp which lets you plug the iPod in and transfer the music content into the application?
