How to switch between audio devices?

Hi guys,

I have a pair of Yamaha hs5 speakers currently with a turntable plugged into them. I also now want to buy a cd player separate and have them play on the same speakers. Obviously I want to be able to switch between the turntable and cd player without swapping cables.

Is there anything I can buy where I can switch between both devices?

Yes (because you must be using a turntable via a built-in or standalone phono preamp).

You need a two in, one out, stereo input selector switch - with connectors suitable for your need (probably RCA sockets).
