how to get into what hi fi

chefsmusic:
Loving this website!

So useful with everything-do you ever get employment come up?

Looking at one of What Hifi's recent recruits - you have to have made at least 10,000 posts on the forum!

Andrew Everard:Trouble is, that recent recruit has mad a lot of those 10,000 since he started here in our Digital Media Team!

I'm sure he'd argue its stress and volume testing to ensure the IT infrastructure is fit for purpose.

Clare Newsome:Glad you enjoy the site. No vacancies at present, but we'd certainly flag them up online here if we had any!

I may apply then if it's all about number of posts

I think my offer is in the post?

Good thing you're back JD.

It seems from this thread you only have to be away a short time and joel is after your job.

Nah, the commute would be hell for him. For me, however, ten minutes includes a stop off in starbucks...

Still en vacances, btw...

My 'commute' is bathroom... study (switch on computer).... kitchen (put on kettle).... study (log onto VPN)..... kitchen (pour boiling water into teapot & grab a couple of biscuits).... study (sign onto all my applications for work and log into cisco call manager).... kitchen (pour big mug of tea)..... study (fire up tuner to R2 or R4)

B####y exhausting!

The 'commute' after work is easier. Ctl alt delete, shutdown, restart.
