how to disable auto return technics sl-b2 ?

So basically my auto return happens too soon on my sl b2 and i cant listen to the end of my vinyls

is there a way i can disable the function and like keep the stop button return working?

edit: i tried turning the screw as per the manual clockwise to help against this problem and the screw caps before it makes a real difference
