How to directly connect 2 RCA plugs without cable?

I would like to directly connect two devices without cables. I thought buying a splice male/male like this .

But I did not find that seems good. I would rather two good plugs without cable (or as little as possible). Is it possible? If yes, with which plugs ?

Could you explain exactly what you are trying to do? I don't understand very well.

Sounds like a custom job unless you are prepared to make the cable yourself. May I ask how you would be using such a short cable - back to back equipment?

Sorry I could have told you about pre-amp jumpers but I thought you were on about back to back plugs with cable only if necessary. Is it jumpers you were looking for?
