How Much Power Do I Actually Need..(revisited)

My note 3 wont go above 92-93 db but i can see the dynamic head room when i play lower, it can easily be 10-12db

Incidentally Manowar used a 44800 watt Meyer Milo PA rig to acheive 139db in an arena, problem is it might not fit in your living room

I like manowar I have all there albums they are a great band ( louder then hell ) I thought Motörhead were a loud band

Could never get on with Manowar (must of been that real metal thing that kept on going on about) but I do love Motorhead. I'm sure lots or black metal bands like Mayhem were super load in the 90's.
