It is free in the states for IPhone users but $9.99 for Pod users which is why i questioned it.

Obviously France must be an exception. A Frenchman on fleabay has just paid £370 inc. postage for the new 8gb version which is locked to AT&T and not despatched from the States until 12 July. Les bargains tres grande!!
