A freind has offerd me a good price on my dalis should i feel the need to upgrade, i have limited funds, the only 2 compact speakers that spring to mind in my budget are B&w cm1's or Dynaudio dm 2/6's, which one would be the better match with my amp and speakers?

jimmy saville never fixed it for me, thats a shame as i always wanted one of those badges on a red ribbon, the dyns look mighty fine to me, i will pop a deposit down on friday.

I had DM 2/7s and thought they were excellent, a very smooth sounding speaker with plenty of bass, the 2/6s will be similar but lacking a little of the scale, I think they're a great choice and you certainly won't find them bright like your RX1s.

EDIT. A leftfield suggestion, but if you get a chance to listen to some AVI ADM9Ts then I would, They're considerably better than the DM 2/7s IMO, and could be just about funded if you also sold your amp. (Just a suggestion)
