Hi

Just received my Panasonic SC BT230 blu ray system. Set it all up and the picture & sound are superb through the system.

One problem , what connections do i need to connect my Sky box to my system(the one I bought recommended by Amazon does not fit anywhere .. Aghh...) and will that let me hear Sky in surround sound ?

How do i hear normal TV through the speakers ?

Help much appreciated.

The 230 supports (ARC) "audio return channel" so if your tv has this then a high speed HDMI that supports this will do from your TV, if not, if your TV has an optical out, you can use that.

And another optical lead from your sky box to the 230 and that will sort that out also, the panasonic has 2 inputs so you be OK.

Thanks very much , I'll try the ARC set up and buy some optical's for the SKY box.
