Hi all,

I recently brought an LG C9 65', and was lucky enough to get my hands on a PS5 today. However, the cable that comes as standard is too short so I need to find something compatible that ensures both quality and durability.

I've read a little on Monster cables and QED (which I run from a pioneer amp into monitor audios towers) but I have no idea where to lean on for HDMI 2.1 compliant cables. I need something around 2m in length and a budget of upto £75 give or take a few. Ultimately just want to get the best performance out of an amazing tv and a new console!

Thanks in advance for the guidance.

Any cable that meets the HDMI 2.1 specification (48GBs) will be fine; there are plenty on Amazon and the like, so choose which one you like the look of.

Not familiar with any of the names on amazons page - trust worthy source for cables?

Also noted this cable but I don't fully trust some of these sellers on amazon for 2.1 authenticity... I can't understand why some cables in seven oaks sell at over 100quid and then something on Amazon from china is just over a tenner (or have I answered my own question there!)

I have bought Ibra cables in the past....they're excellent. The £100 cables on Sevenoaks are also made in China. It's a massive scam really. All you need is a well built HDMI cable.
