Looking at the user manual you appear to only have scart and digital inputs, no line-in connections, so I am going to say no. Virtually impossible without an enormous amount of faff by somehow using the digital inputs, but how this could be done wouldn't be worth the bother.

Fortunately, where there's a SCART, there's a way.
The good old SCART always provides stereo analogue line inputs and outputs.
You must have a phono preamplifier - either built in to your turntable, or as an external box.
Connect the output of that to the red and white sockets on the adpator below and connect that to your 'VCR in' socket.
Select the Hitachi VCR input to hear your turntable (y)
