Such great service, everytime I've ordered it has come the next day, and they always email you to let you know what's going on. Unlike certain websites that say something is in stock but it doesn't come for a month, ahem. Guys seriously if u need cable or bits and bobs then order from these guys.

Hope you are all correct, I have just sent back a packet of Chord banana plugs that had one of the screws missing. Not Hificables fault but it will test the efficiency of their returns process, here's hoping.
