Hifi System: Marantz Stereo vs. AV

I am considering either one of the following systems:

option 1: marantz AV 1506 + CD5005

option 2: marantz pm6005 + CD6005

Both systems with Dali Zensor 3. Use for mainly music (classic, pop, rock) and to hook up the TV. Stereo use only.

Option 1 has the advantage of having wifi, usb, airplay, bluetooth, internet radio with just 2 components.

For stereo music use how much would I be giving up with option1? Would stereo music sound quality be significantly better with option 2?

Any other suggestions for better system in the same price range (it needs to allow for USB connection though, all else is optional for me).
