Hifi setup help

Hi, I’ve found some old hifi separates that belonged to recently deceased family member & want to get system going but only has turntable, cd & speakers, do I just need an Amp to get going or need a pre-amp as well. Novice to separates so any help appreciated!

Makes and model of the various pieces of kit you have inherited would be good as a starting point. But, yes, you will need an amp.

You will need an integrated amplifier with a built-in phono preamplifier.
(Which means it will need an input marked 'Phono').
