That's an issue, they were good.Has anyone else been - putting it politely - "left disadvantaged" by Hi-Fi racks administration? I can see from the insolvency report that many customers will have been left very out-of-pocket by this and it would be good to connect with any others. Thanks
From whom?Yes, recently in 2025. I've moved my system from Berks to Sussex & wanted 4 new feet. Contacted Atacama to be told their Hi Fi Racks version was incompatible. I just swapped legs & bypassed the problem. Feel disinclined to buy anything from them!
And as such any HiFi racks product is no longer supported and therefore no replacement parts. In case people aren't aware, Atacama acquired Hi Fi Racks last year. https://www.atacama-audio.co.uk/pages/about-us
"we have recently acquired the HiFi Racks brand which will allow us to further expand our range of hifi furniture options and finishes in the future."
You can only assume Atacama wanted to benefit from the Hifi Racks name. And as such any HiFi racks product is no longer supported and therefore no replacement parts.
eBay.And as such any HiFi racks product is no longer supported and therefore no replacement parts.
I have one of their racks and wanted a new shelf and supports :-(
