Question Help with playing DTS-HD MA & PCN Stereo 24/96 content on Blu-ray Disc

I have a Windows 10 laptop with a Blu-ray compatible disc drive and would like to play the 'DTS-HD MA & PCN Stereo 24/96' music content from a commercial Blu-ray disc.

What software applications can folks recommend? I've tried VLC Media player with an AACS decoding library fix, but this has failed to open the disc.

Any suggestions welcome.
