HELP with dvd recording

ive just bought a Panasonic DMR-EZ27 for copying programmes form Sky HD. Is there a way to edit out the adverts? Or should I have bought a unit with a hard drive that can copy onto disc? If so,Can anyone recommend one?

Hi there

I don't have one of these, but a quick look at the manual online, it looks like on page 31, you would create a couple of chapters around where the adverts are and then delete this chapter. Once you've done this for all the adverts, you can finalize the disc.
