Help with BBc i player

I have a Panasonic 46` PZ 81 Plasma.I have connected it to my router with an ethenet cable. I have done everything you should to connect but nothing. Is there a soft ware download I need ?

Iplayer on Freesat is still in Beta trial, and at the moment is only available to users with Humax STB's and Sony TV's.
