HELP! Sony Bravia KDL40W4000 or the Panasonic FREESAT TH42PZ81

Does anybody know which of these would be the better choice to go for, i was considering the Sony Bravia KDL40W4000 after the reviews it has received however the inclusion of FREESAT built in seems tempting on the Panasonic TH42PZ81? Would it just be easier at a later date to buy a separate box?

Both are excellent sets, need to look at them. Plasma to me has a more natural look to it.
