help needed please.

I have been receiving unsolicited emails that are "sponsored" and will not delete.

If for example I delete the whole of my inbox the damn email will appear somewhere else, for example the "sent" or "draft boxes.

I have tried running various anti-spam, malware programs etc but nothing works.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Need more info buddy. Who provides your email? How do you get your mail from a webpage/phone/pc/laptop?

Email is via Yahoo. I use only a desktop pc.

..Think myself and my other half are also having the same emails on Yahoo. These are highlighted in bright pink. If you empty your spamfolder, it will then remove it from your other'boxes', but then a different one appears....

Which version of windows are you using ?, when i delete junk/spam emails it goes into deleted items folder i then have to empty the deleted items folder before it's gone completely, hope that helps, it shouldn't go into other folders unless you are sending it their.

My situation ilike that if Tom. If I delete the whole of a folder( because I cant delete the sponsored one) it pops up again somewhre else.

My version of Windows is Vista.
