HELP!! Gale silver monitor speakers

Can any one help me I'm currently using gale silver monitor speakers and gale centre 10 in my setup but am not sure what to set the crossover frequencys at? I have an mj acoustics pro50 mk2 sub and an onkyo tx-sr605 surround amp. I know I can use the setup mic but from using it before I know its not always accurate. Any help will be much appreciated as i am quite new to this. Thankyou in advance

Frequency response of the Gales is claimed as 63Hz-20kHz, so setting the crossover in the receiver to around 80Hz and using the LFE bypass on the sub to take its electronics out of the equation should do the trick.
