Hi All,

Time to upgrade my telly now i have a budget of around £1500. I use BT Vision at the moment !!! and a few blu rays via a PS3. I am really after the best advice and where to buy from you guys. I have read so many reports and am really confused on the different makes, plasma or lcd. I would like to go over 40" if possible. Thanks for reading.

Hi Dave,

How close do you sit to your screen? Big Full HD screen plus lots of standard-def TV content via BT Vision plus sitting too close could be recipe for disaster.

Have you watched our TV guide here?

If you don't sit too close, i'd suggest one of the Full HD Panasonic plasmas - you could get either the TH-46PZ85 or its 50in big brother for within your budget.

Thanks Clare for getteing back so quick. I have just looked at the TH-46PZ85 i have also looked at the Samsung 6 series. Which one would you choose ?
