Heed Obelisk Si amplifier

Anyone used a Heed Obelisk Si amplifier or auditioned one. How does it compare to amplifiers in its price range. Thanks.

Nice amps. Very musical. There is a review on the main site which is fair enough in its conclusions. Recently they have released the mark iii version which ups the power from 35 to 50 watts. That is the equivalent of the old mark ii with the X2 power supply but for the price of the mark ii itself. There are possibly deals to be had on remaining stock of the mark ii. Either way, despite the seemingly small power figures, these amps don't lack for power, giving a full, warm sound that one could listen to pleasurably for hours at a time.
