Hello,

I'm hoping someone can help me out. I am looking for a decent HDMI cable v1.4 (2m+) with the lowest profile head, by which I mean the moulding attached to the conector.

I had 2 duct holes chased into the wall in my lounge (in a new house) but the duct holes are only 17mm wide and I can not find any HDMI cables that are thin enough - can anyone help please.......

Many Thanks

I used a fairly cheap hdmi lead that had solid plastic ends.

I then used dremel with a grinding stone to grind down each side.

This squared the edges and reduced the width.

I managed to reduce the width to 17mm (I have just measured them).

Thanks guys, however I managed to find the Maestro HDMI cable, in which the moulding clips off so the cable fits through the gap, and then clips back on once through.
