I'm guessing you probably mean an HDMI switch rather than a splitter and yes you can get them see here for example ( http://avprime.co.uk/QED-HDMI-Switching-Box) its worth doing some research on the forums though about the devices you will be switching through it though ( as long as the device is fully hdcp compliant you shouldn't have an issue ) but some pc based media centres can be troublesome if they don't have the latest drivers etc.
