HDMI Splitter Advice

I'm looking for advice on HDMI Splitters as after downsizing to a 2 channel set up I no longer use my AV receiver for anything more than that, to switch inputs between Sky box, PS3 & blu-ray player.

A quick search on ebay brings up tons of them, from around £3 - £25. I'm a bit concerned that using one of these cheap devices will degrade the signal quality. Has anyone got any expereince using any of these and can recommend any brands? Only needs to be a minimum of 3 inputs.

Just to add that my TV does have 4 HDMI inputs, but the trunking I have hiding the cables can only accomodate 1 fairly chunky HDMI and the power cord, otherwise I'd plug them all in directly!

I have a 4input Techlink (on Amazon) which are supposed to be very good. Check reviews I'd say.
