HDMI colour settings

HI I have a WLT66 32 Inch LCD TV (1080i),I am using HDMI (on a sony DVDHDD) , which colour settings should I use :RGB(0-255),  RGB(16-235) .YCbCr 4:2:2 .YCbCr 4:4:4I can't find it anywhere in the manual, not sure if the Tv supports them all and which is the be to use.Thanks for you help

hi, just sold my pioneer 1080i plasma i set the colour settings 2 years ago,sure it was definately ycbcr 4:2:2 or 4:4:4, reckon it was the first one but cant remember which of the 2.

All dvds and blurays (And id assume, hddvds too) use ycbcr.

Basically, you should just set both source and tv to AUTO to let it sort them automatically. The only RGB source I have is the PS3 when im playing games (Blurays and dvds are still ycbcr)
