I’ve purchased the harmony hub to work with my harmony touch to get rid of the amazon remote, and to just have 1 remote for all.
the touch and hub work great together. The app is a different story! When I run the amazon prime activity, it all connects and all the devices switch on. The problem I have is the directional keys are not working and I have had to add additional keys for moving around. The screen looks messy and has 2 lots of directional keys and is messing with my OCD 🙂
any help in just having 1 set of directional keys would help and wondered if any body else has this same issue. It works fine on the Sky and DVD activity, just this 1!
