Goldring NS1000 or Audio Technica ATHA500

I am looking at buying some brand new headphones. I am looking for 'closed back' as i will be using these a lot for travelling. I will mainly use with my iphone 4 but also maybe at home watching films.

Both headphones have had the 5 star treatment on here and i have researched the best prices below:-

Goldring NS1000 £59.99 (RRP £100)

Audio Technica ATHA500 £81.99 (RRP £160)

Any advice would be welcome!
