hi guys thanx for ur replys to my questions yesterday

I am in the same quandary as you. I have roughly the same budget and want a full HD tv that will be best suited to watching sky hd. I can't really advise you on which tv to get but if you are looking on Amazon it may be worth your while checking out some of the used tv's. There is currently a Panasonic TX-P42G10 for £460 with free delivery. the item description is 'like new' which means it should be in perfect condition. Yesterday there was a Sony KDL-40EX503 for £403 and a Sony KDL-37EX503 for £331, both were used 'like new'. IMO both were absolute bargins. But unfortunately both went within a few hours before I got chance (permission) to buy one.

Just a little tip incase you get the chance to bag a bargin.
