Freesat 4K recorders

I’m surprised that as the new generation of Freesat boxes (now made by Arris I think) have been out now for six or so months that there don’t seem to have been any reviews of them in the magazine.

My experience so far (and this is with many years‘ experience as an owner of the previous generation of Humax boxes) is that the hardware side of the new boxes is a significant improvement on what went before, however that the iOS app integration simply doesn’t work at all in setting or monitoring recordings.

Interested in others’ thoughts.
