Floor standing speakers

I intend to upgrade my front speakers into a floor standing ones. I have shortlisted into the following:

1) Paradigm Monitor 7

2) Dali Suite 1.5

3) Mordaunt-Short Mezzo 6

4) Mordaunt-Short Aviano 6

5) KEF IQ50

Which of the above is more suitable for HT? Thanks
