Flac ripping software

Hi,

I am about to rip some cds to my NAS, can anyone recommend software for this? Maybe Exact Audio Copy? Also is the cd drive in a laptop good enough to get a good quality copy?

EAC the weapon of choice for me. Laptop will be fine.

I use XLD and its pretty amazing, I use a macbook pro with a 20 pound external drive and my copys sound great. Im no pro but im sure as long as your drive rips the cd's to your choice of format youre good to go. Im not sure what pc your running?

DbPoweramp, CD drive is fine, you wouldn't be able to install any software if it couldn't read the bits properly.

If you have (Or upgraded to) Windows 10, then it can all be done using Windows Media Player without any need for 3rd party programs.
