Ferrite beads

I am in the middle of tearing down my system so I can install a new TV tomorrow.

i noticed the ferrite beads I'd clipped onto my present TVs power cable, I'm not even sure if that is where it should be tbh.

does anyone else use these in any part of their audio or AV setup?

Just curious really, and wondering whether or not to put it on the new TV.

No, not least on power cables. They used to be a thing on interconnects I even have a block on an old USB printer cable although why I cannot say. Whatever care they doing on a power cable??
