Well a brand new set of q acoustics 3020s just arrived at home. Of course I am at work, but it ended well. Thumbs up to RS for sorting this
 
Yes but they came good in the end so only fair I mention that as I had mentioned I was annoyed earlier.

They actually emailed me and said there was nothing they could do as no fault found so I emailed back a particular song to try (hoping they has spotify or something) and then they done a full 180.

Whether that was because they tried the song, or they wanted rid of me, I'm not sure
