Evotel Full HD Tv £229.99, any good?

Seems a good deal for a full hd tv, any idea what are these like? Im looking for a full hd 32" TV, thanks

Evotel is rebranded Matsui. Local companies like the DSG (which owns Dixons, Currys & PC World) get these manufactured in China and sell them in UK.

Quality control will obviously not be best in the business. I would avoid these brands, especially because it's not possible to demo a TV sold by Argos.

John Lewis have the Sony ex403 32" at £299 with their standard 5yr guarantee, for the difference in price i think the quality difference would be night and day. Bonus of built in HD tuner and the internet TV would be the icing on the cake.

Is it worth paying the extra £80 and having the 100Hz Sony model the EX503?

Richersounds have to 32ex401 for £249, not as good as the 503 probably, but i'm willing to bet it will beat the one from Argos hands down for £30.
