Error message on BD player

Ive just put in a Blue ray disc, and an error message pops up saying "copyright violation" can anyone help at all.....the disc is a rental disc from lovefilm so i cant see it being a copy of any sort.

is the players firmware upto date?

what is the disc?

and where did you get it?

the firmware is upto date, the disc is "what happens in vegas stays in vegas, and its from lovefilm.

sounds like someone might be doing the naughty.

I would be taking pictures and reporting the issue to love film.

Maybe poping to your local TV/AV place and see if it will play on there kit.
