epson 6100 or epson 5910 or benq w1070

Hi, am trying to choice between this three projectors (epson 6100 or epson 5910 or benq w1070) but not too sure which is the best in terms of 2d and 3d picture quality . I am not affected by the so called rainbow effect so am just looking for a pj with the best picture quality out of the 3 pj above. Reason am also finding it hard to decide is because my max throw distance is 11 feet.

Using current price comparision the difference between w1070 and epson 5910 is £179. The difference between w1070 and the black epson 6100 is £549. Clearly there is a big price gap between w1070 and epson 5910 and 6100. based on this big price gap of epson 5910 and 6100 over benq w1070, is there a justification to go for the epson 5910 or epson 6100 over the w1070 in terms of 2d and 3d picture quality.

Sorry, I can't help with your decision between the three projectors as I haven't seen them in action.

Is £600 your top whack budget? I ask because you're not really going to get great performance, 2D or 3D, for that money. If you could bump it to £1000, then you'd have a choice of a few projectors that would genuinely blow your socks off in 2D and 3D.

Budget wise am between £700 to £1000 but I wont want to splash out £1000 if am not going to get high picture quality over 700 pounds projector. Given my max throw distance is 11 feet and th benq w1070 has shortist throw and it got good review for picture quality thats why I put it on my list.

Mine, for starters Optoma HD33. Under a grand, and, in my gaff, it threw out a 120" picture from 13 feet (which I zoomed back in to fit my 106"screen). So, from 11 feet you'd still be talking a big, big picture. I'd imagine it'd still throw out 100" from that distance.

I've recommended my projector to another forumster today and I don't want to come across as one of those 'I only recommend my own kit' guys, but I spent a LONG time looking at projectors before pulling the trigger (6 Years!) and when the HD33 came out, I knew it was time to make my move and buy, because finally a projector had arrived that had amazing performance with none of the old flaws (rainbow effect or chicken mesh) at just an unbelievable price. I've had it for just coming up on a year and it still impresses me.
