Earthing equipment

I have recently got a mains socket faceplate with an earthing terminal on it.I plan to earth my Roksan amps to it and wish to know is there any particular guage or type of earth wire that is recommended? Thanks

almost anything over 0.5mm will do but if you want peace of mind and it to look nice and tidy try this:
