Are not surpose to be as good as the smaller model page 23 https://stereo-magazine.com/flipview/epaper/stereo-magazine-3-2016-3/

Talk about pissing on someone's parade. The magazine review means nothing if the person who buys them likes them. All reviews are just someone elses opinion. One should not believe everything they read

... as for me, congratulations on your purchase, OP. It's the best feeling ever to get a new piece of hifi. The rediscovery of your favourite albums and tracks. The excitement of just the thought of listening. That's all what matters and if it perhaps makes others envious, all the better

Sorry

Just surprising they feel the smaller models sound better

Its like that with many manufacturer's range of speakers.
Most reviewers say they prefer the smaller model and only for customers to prefer them(largwr model)

Enjoy your (good) choice of new speaker

Ah ya. Agree. I wouldn't mind a set of them in m30s in my living room. Probably cause a divorce though (is that a bad thing :) )

Gasolin did nothing wrong as he is aloud to post what ever he likes (so long as he not hurting anybody) as it's a free country. Anyone can go on my Naim Mu-so post and say that they think the Mu-so is rubbish or that Naim make better products. I will not call them out or think anyless of them for doing so. Also the What hi-fi magazine reviews are everyone who works on the magazine combined views and not just one person view.

So someone can say what they want but I can't without getting a talking at from you :)

Ok, I get it

It wasn't to offend the op

The german review did rate all the floorstand speaker less then the equal bookshelf speaker which i finde strange

My experience is the M10 has a very warm sound and can easily be used in a big room as long as the am is big (watt), if chosen or the bigger M20 there would have been alot of money saved but think DomCheetham chosed the M30 becuause he liked it better than the M10 and M20

DomCheetham what amp do you use, my Marantz PM8005 was a little upper midrange, lower treble shy so it sounded a bit to soft with the M10's

surely that 65 score is supposed to read 85? It got 5 stars and states outstanding sound/price, the same as the emit 20. I dont see a 65/100 speaker getting this accolade. This must be a misprint?
